IT STARTED WITH A SNOW CONE MACHINE
We started off the Bar Coco brand simply – with a single snow cone machine.
After giving it a run at our first event, we were hooked.
It didn’t take long for Bar Coco to grow, and with the support of the community and loyal followers, we grew our range to include our famous soft-serve ice-cream, gelato, coffee & desserts at events across Sydney.

Festivals, community events, Councils, carnivals and everything in-between, over the last 20 years we have been involved whenever and wherever we can.
Expanding from ice-cream vans to custom-made shipping containers (like the favourite Sherri & Candy’s Milk Bar) Bar Coco grew to a fleet of over 10 strong, Making Life Delicious for people all throughout Sydney and surrounds.
Building a team of passionate staff along the way, Bar Coco has built a name as one of Sydney’s premier mobile food businesses.
COMING BACK TO OUR ROOTS
With the restoration of #MrCoco, our vintage 1970s ice-cream van, 2023 has been about going back to our roots.
Bringing the nostalgia back to Sydney and surrounds, #MrCoco will be out and about more this year – taking part in shoots, product launches, advertisements, & very special events.
